and once upon a time richard had a restaurant
across the street in where amp gallery is,
called poor richard's buttery.
we wanted to keep a bit of that history alive.

who were part of our extraordinary

We are presently considering a new iteration
of baie bar resto
and we are still looking for a magical location.

Raina Stefani-Owner
Former creator and chef owner of Terra Luna for 18 year and Cafe Express before that,
Raina was executive chef at Spindler's under the helm of Barbara Lynch and also
was co-executive chef at Stranger's and Saints.
She is a self taught chef and restauranteur
and being born and raised in Provincetown she brings those memories
and ties to the sea and land into her creative expressions.
Daemian Burgess-Chef
CHEF EVIL
Daemian comes to us with 17 years of experience
ranging from his start in a 5 star hotel in Jamaica to England
and other restaurants around the world.
You will find Italian and french influences in his food. He loves cooking Jamaican food,
the adrenaline of cooking and making people happy.

Matt has honed his craft and palate at baie
with his creative approach and nod toward bespoke cocktails,
small batch, hand made spirits and organic wines and local beer.
He is also the curator of our excellent music and an all around great guy.

Joe Vitale-Sous Chef
Joe is a chemical engineer by trade and uses his science focused mind
when he is cooking and creating recipes.
With any luck he will continue to cook and create as it is clearly his true passion.
He is the son of the famed and former Italian 'Stella Pizza' of Orleans.
